How to get the perfect hard boiled egg?
In a pot gently place the eggs on the bottom and add water. It does not matter how many eggs you boil at a time. You need to make sure the level of water should be 1 inch above the eggs. Add Salt in the water, this helps in avoiding the cracks in eggs while boiling.
Both eggs and water are cold when you begin. Bring the water to a boil & keep boiling for 2 mins. Then close the stove and cover the pot with a lid. Let them stay for 10 mins, after 10 minutes remove the eggs from hot water and put them in ice cold water. Peel them before eating.
If you don’t have time to boil them every day, prepare them in advance and you can store them in fridge for almost a week.
