Nidhi's Keto Kitchen: Egg with Crack Slaw

Editors Note: If you made Crack Slaw last night and have left overs, but not enough for a meal check this out.


Ingredients:

  • Eggs 2 whole & 2 egg white

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

  • Mexican cheese mix 1 tbsp


Preparation:

  1. Add eggs salt & pepper powder & whisk it well.

  2. Heat a pan and add egg mix in it, flip and cook both sides of the egg.

  3. Now in one half spread the crack slaw left overs and sprinkle the cheese on it.

  4. Fold the egg in half and cook till the cheese melts.

  5. Serve it hot.
