Dr. Harpal Mangat has been practicing Primary Care Medicine for over 20 years. He has a special passion for getting rid of sleep apnea and lyme disease. He has lost over 50lbs using the Mindful Living protocol.
Nidhi is a trained coach for the Mindful Living protocol. She is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients. Nidhi wants to live a long healthy lifestyle and help others do the same.
Vikram is the founder of the ILIVEMINDFUL ecosystem. He is passionate about health, technology, and entrepreneurship. Motivating patients is Vikram's favorite part of his work.
