WHAT IS A MEAL REPLACEMENT?

We recommend meal replacements to our patients. These are substitutes used in place of a solid meal. They have controlled quantities of calories and nutrients to help maintain the accuracy of the dietary protocol. They can be but are not limited to a drink, a bar, or even chips.

WHAT IS ILIVEMINDFUL?

ILIVEMINDFUL is the weight-loss ecosystem associated with the Mindful Living Institute. It consists of a user friendly app, body composition analysis scales, and wellness tracking devices. When ILIVEMINDFUL is paired with the Mindful Living protocol the ecosystem is being used to its full potential. The purpose of the ecosystem is to provide the infrastructure patients need to safely lose weight.  For more information free educational seminars to explain the protocol are held every Wednesday at 6:30 pm and select Saturday afternoons. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES MINDFUL LIVING INSTITUTE TAKE?

In order to become an Mindful Living member and buy meal replacements, you must pay with cash credit card, or check.

WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER MY TIME WITH THE DOCTOR AND THE HEALTH COACH?

No we do not take health insurance. We have a very affordable membership model for all of our patients. Click here to learn more about it.

CAN I COOK MY OWN MEALS AND STILL LOSE WEIGHT?

Yes however the results may not be as predictable. Although there is more accuracy with meal replacements, it is still possible to lose weight without them. It will take discipline and strict journaling to do so. We will coach you through the entire process.
