Find ways to be more efficient. Be intentional in how you allocate your time. Elon Musk once said that “You use the time you allow yourself.” In other words, if you give yourself 30 minutes to clean your office space, this task will expand to fill the time which is available for its completion.

Did you know that Mark Zuckerberg has an extensive closet filled with the same t-shirts and jeans? This is so that he does not experience decision fatigue. When we make too many decisions or consider too many things, our brains get tired. Find areas in your life that you could simplify your decisions. Examples may be: choosing your clothes for the next day or meal-prepping.
3. Simplify your routine.
Your everyday life should not be causing you stress. Simplify tasks that can help you stay focused and productive on tasks that are meaningful and important.
