No matter how healthy an individual eats, mornings can still be difficult. Mornings can be especially difficult without caffeine. That is why today's post is about my favorite energizing protein life hack. We love drinking caffeinated ready to drink protein shakes. All it takes is three simple steps to prepare:
1. Make or buy your espresso (We chose to invest in a machine and make them inhouse because Starbucks was getting expensive.)
2. Pour your shot of espresso into your Ready to Drink Protein Shake
3. Shake and serve chilled.
Currently we use Ideal Protein shakes for this recipe, but this can be interchanged with any brand of protein shakes. The secret is in keeping the shakes cold and adding ice to them after adding the shot of espresso.
