Do you miss hummus? Here is a delicious alternative!

Cauliflower 1 lb
Tahini sauce 1/4 cup
Garlic cloves 2
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice 1
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Keto collagen 1 scoop
Cut the cauliflower florets and wash them well. Drain all the excess water and place them in a microwave safe bowl. Cook them in microwave for 3 mins.
Placed them on a towel and pat dry. Add the cooked cauliflower in a food processor, with it add salt, ground pepper, olive oil garlic cloves, tahini sauce, lemon juice and blend these well to a paste like consistency add water if needed.
Empty it in a serving bowl, drizzle some olive oil on top, sprinkle some paprika and garnish with parsley.
Store up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
