Nidhi's Keto Kitchen: Cauliflower Hummus

  • Cauliflower 1 lb

  • Tahini sauce 1/4 cup

  • Garlic cloves 2

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Pepper 1/4 tsp

  • Lemon juice 1

  • Olive oil 1 tbsp

  • Keto collagen 1 scoop


  1. Cut the cauliflower florets and wash them well. Drain all the excess water and place them in a microwave safe bowl. Cook them in microwave for 3 mins.

  2. Placed them on a towel and pat dry. Add the cooked cauliflower in a food processor, with it add salt, ground pepper, olive oil garlic cloves, tahini sauce, lemon juice and blend these well to a paste like consistency add water if needed.

  3. Empty it in a serving bowl, drizzle some olive oil on top, sprinkle some paprika and garnish with parsley.


  • Store up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
