Serves 2 to 3
Ingredients:
Minced Chicken (Keema) 21oz
Ginger garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Onions 1 cup finely chopped
Tomato 1 cup finely chopped
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1.5 tsp or to taste
Meat Masala 1 tbsp ( you can get this from Indian grocery store)
Coriander 1/4 cup finely chopped
Cabbage slaw 1 cups
Spring Onions 2 strings
Mixed colored peppers cut thin strips 1 cup
Recipe:
Heat a pan and spray some oil in it and add minced chicken cook it for 5 mins keep stirring on a high heat.
Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for further 3 mins
Now add onions and cook till they become translucent.
Add salt, turmeric and meat masala and mix all the ingredients well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. It is important not to add salt before as we don't want the meat to loose any water in the pan.
Now add tomatoes & mix well, cover the pan with a lid and let cook for 5 mins keep stirring occasionally.
Now add cabbage and cook till all water dries completely. keep the lid on and stir occasionally.
Add coriander and serve it on a cauliflower tacos shell, or enjoy it just like that.
