Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/8 tsp
Diced Green Pepper 1 tbsp
Diced Red Pepper 1 tbsp
Diced Yellow Pepper 1 tbsp
Finely chopped Coriander 1 tbsp
Onions Finely chopped 1 tbsp
Green chilies or jalapeno finely sliced
Diced Mushroom 1 tbsp
MLI Pizza Chips packet
Dried oregano 1/4 tsp
Feta Cheese 1/2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 tbsp
Heat a 6 inch pan and spray some oil on it
Place the pizza chips on the base so the entire based is covered, try not to break the chips
Pour eggs (well-beaten) on top of the chips. And spread it evenly by rotating the pan
Cover it with lid and let it cook completely on slow flame for 5 mins or more if needed.
Spread evenly all the vegetables and add cheese on top and sprinkle oregano.
Let it cook till all the cheese melts over the vegetables.
You can take it to the next level by broiling the pan for 2 mins to get the browning effect on cheese
