Prep time: 15 minutes
Shrimps 20 oz
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic finely chopped 1 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon zest 1 pinch
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tsp (can be replaced with Olive oil)
Parsley 2 tbsp
Chilly Flakes (optional)
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add shrimp, salt, pepper, and chilly flakes.
Add garlic to the skillet, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in shrimp and gently toss to combine.
Add lemon zest and lemon juice and toss again, don't cook long after adding zest.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley leaves, if desired.
Butter tastes better than Olive oil in this recipe.
Make sure the shrimps are towel dry before you cook, so they don't leave water in skillet.
