Ingredients:
Cut the chicken on the bias into 1/4-inch-thick slices 14 oz
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp dried or 1 tsp fresh
Parsley 1/2 tsp dried or 1 tsp fresh
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Honey 1/2 tsp
Salt 2/3 tsp (Be cautious for salt as soy sauce also has salt)
Oil 2 tsp
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients except chicken and make a paste.
Rub the paste evenly on the chicken and let it sit for half an hour to 1 hour (depending on how much time you have). One can prepare the chicken in morning and just cook when the come back from work.
Put the chicken on a satay sticks and grill them. Cook for 10 mins then flip over and cook for 5 more mins.
Once you take them down of the grill, squeeze fresh lemon juice and enjoy with a fresh salad of your choice.
