Ingredients:
Fresh green beans, trimmed 1 pound
Coarsely ground Mustard seed 1 tsp
Honey Dijon 1 1/2 tsp
Melted butter 2 tsp
Kosher Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
1/2 Lemon Juice around 1 tbsp
Preparation:
Add water in a pan and bring it to boil. Add salt and beans to the water and cook for 5 mins.
In the mean time in a bowl add all the above ingredients except beans and mix them well.
Strain the boiled beans well and add them to the bowl with mixed paste.
Toss them lightly till beans are coated nicely with the paste.
Serve them immediately with your choice of protein.
Tip:
Keep your ingredients ready and make this the last thing so you serve them immediately after preparing. It tastes best when served hot.
