Nutrela Soy Granules 1 cup
Olive Oil 2 tsp
Green Chillies 2 roughly chopped (do not add this is you do not want heat)
Onions 1/2 cup finely chopped
Tomatoes 1/2 cup finely chopped
Water 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1/4 cup finely chopped
Heat a pan, add oil then add onions & green chilies, cook till onions become transparent.
Add soy granules, and roast for 2 to 3 mins, stir occasionally avoid soy getting burnt.
Add salt and turmeric cook for 2 mins and add water keep stirring so all the soy granules get water soaked evenly.
When the water completely dries add tomatoes and cook till they get nicely tender.
Add coriander and enjoy it hot.
