Nidhi's Keto Kitchen: Roasted Crispy Broccoli


Ingredients:

  • Broccoli Heads 2 medium sized washed and cut into small florets (bite sized)

  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Olive oil 3 tsp

  • Parmesan grated 1 tbsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp


Recipe:

  1. Make sure the florets are nicely dried or else you would not get crispy.

  2. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Spread the broccoli evenly on a baking tray. If they are close with each other then you will get the steaming effect not roasted.

  4. Preheat the oven at 400 °F and place your broccoli for 15 mins take them out and flip the sides & cook for another 10 mins.

  5. I like it hot however you enjoy it cold too.
