Mushroom 4 cups each cut into 4 peices
Garlic 2 tbsp finely chopped
Butter 1/2 tbsp
Crushed chili flakes 1/2 tsp (optional)
Salt 1 tsp
Heat a pan, add butter. Before the butter gets really hot add garlic, make sure the garlic does not get burn, keep strirring regularly.
Add chili flakes and mushroom and toss them well in the garlic butter.
When the mushroom looks done then add salt. There are two reasons not to add salt ealier, first the quantity on mushroom shrinks and if you add salt later you can keep the reduced quantity into consideration. Secondly, if we add salt earlier then mushrooms releases water which makes them look mushy.
