Serves 2
Prep time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
Grape seed Oil 1 tsp
2 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
Chicken Thighs, thinly sliced 14 oz
1 teaspoon of Salt
¼ teaspoon of Pepper
2 cup of Broccoli, cut in small florets
Butter 1 tbsp
Pak Choy (or Bok Choy) 2 cups roughly chopped
Tamari Sauce 2 tbsp
Sesame Seeds 1 tsp
Preparation:
Heat a wok and add oil, immediately add Garlic, and stir fry it, make sure it does not burn.
Add Chicken and stir fry for 3 mins, add butter, salt and pepper and stir fry for 2 more mins. You would see the edges would start turning brown. Tamari sauce also has salt so add a little less salt than taste.
Now add pre-prepared broccoli and stir fry for 2 mins. Add tamari sauce and bok choy (you can prepare these also similar to broccoli, it will help in giving bright fresh green color to your greens). Cook for 2 mins and serve it hot with sesame seeds sprinkled as garnish.
