Nidhi's Keto Kitchen: Shaved Steak with Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • Shaved Stake 16 oz

  • Broccoli 2 cups cut in small florets

  • Garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp

  • Red Chili flakes 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 2 tsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp

  • Teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp (optional to taste)


Preparation:

  1. Heat a wok and add oil then add garlic saute for 30 secs. Add shaved steak and cook for 5-7 mins. keep stirring and add teriyaki sauce.

  2. Add broccoli to the same wok and stir fry for 3 mins, keep it crunchy.

  3. Add salt, black pepper and chili flakes.

  4. Enjoy the meal with a side salad of cauliflower rice.
