Nidhi's Keto Kitchen: Veggie Style Fajitas

Ingredients:

  • Red pepper 1 cut in long slices

  • Yellow pepper 1 cut in long slices

  • Green pepper 1 cut in long slices

  • Red onion 1 cut in long slices

  • Mushroom 2 cups

  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

  • Garlic 3 to 4 cloves finely chopped

  • Cilantro finely chopped 1 tbsp

  • Oil 2 tsp

  • Chilly Powder 1/4 tsp (you can replace it with any fajita seasoning)

  • Salt 1/2 tsp


Preparation:

  1. Heat an iron skillet and add oil to it. Add garlic and in 5 to 10 seconds add onion and peppers, and sa
