Chicken wings 2 lbs (washed and towel dried)
Cumin (zeera) seed 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Back pepper 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice of half lemon
Olive oil 2 tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Cumin (Zeera) seeds 1/2 tsp
Garlic minced 2 cloves
coriander finely chopped 1 tbsp
chilly powder 1/4 tsp
Heat the oven at 475° F
In a bowl add all the ingredients except chicken wings and make a paste. Now add chicken wings and thoroughly spread the paste on all the wings.
Take a baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper and place the wings without any overlaps.
Bake the wings for 30 mins and then flip and cook for 10 more minutes.
Remove all the wings in a serving bowl.
For sizzle: in a small pan heat the ghee, add cumin seeds when they start to crackle add garlic and saute for 20 to 30 secs. Now add red chilly powder and quickly turn of the gas. Add this sizzle on top of the wings and garnish with coriander.
Enjoy them with roasted vegetables or cauliflower rice on the side with raw sliced onions.
