Nidhi's Keto Kitchen: Zucchini Bites

Serves 2

Prep time: 40 mins

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini 2 large cut in 1/4 inch slices

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • Parmesan 1/2 cup


Preparation:

  1. Heat the oven for 375°

  2. Layer the baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the zucchini flat on the sheet, they should not be overlapping.

  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper & cheese and put the baking tray in oven for 30-35 mins

  4. Take it out and let it cool for 3 to 5 mins enjoy them hot.


Tip:

You can make them ahead of time and just heat them in the oven for 5 mins before you serve.
