Nidhi's Kitchen: Mint Chutney


Prep time: 10 mins


Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of mint

  • 1/2 bunch of coriander

  • 1 tomato

  • 1/2 inch of ginger root

  • 1 tsp of sugar

  • 1 1/2 tsp of salt (salt to taste)

  • 3 green chilies whole

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup green raw mango


Preparation:

  1. Wash mint and coriander leaves and roughly chop them.

  2. Roughly cut washed ginger chilies, and tomato.

  3. Add all the ingredients in a blender and make a paste, taste for salt.

  4. It is ready and can be used as dressing or dip or sauce.

  5. it can last for a few days in your fridge.


Tip:

  • Immediately after preparing freeze a part for later use.
