Ingredients:
1 bunch of mint
1/2 bunch of coriander
1 tomato
1/2 inch of ginger root
1 tsp of sugar
1 1/2 tsp of salt (salt to taste)
3 green chilies whole
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 cup green raw mango
Preparation:
Wash mint and coriander leaves and roughly chop them.
Roughly cut washed ginger chilies, and tomato.
Add all the ingredients in a blender and make a paste, taste for salt.
It is ready and can be used as dressing or dip or sauce.
it can last for a few days in your fridge.
Tip:
Immediately after preparing freeze a part for later use.
