Nidhi's Keto Kitchen: 15 Gram Protein Lemonade

Variety is the very spice of life. Variety gives life flavor. Sometimes adding spice to your food enhances it. I hope you enjoy this simple home made lemonade recipe.


Ingredients:



2. Carbonated water 10oz


3. Chat Masala* 1/4tspoon


4. Mint Leaves 4 to 6



Directions:


1. Add the chat masala and protein shot in to a tall glass, stir and mix it till you see no lumps of chat masala.


2. Drop in your lightly crushed mint leaves.

3. Now slowly add the carbonated water. Be careful as the carbonated water will bubble up and rise. Do not add all at once.


4.Stir slowly after you have added all 10 oz of carbonated water. Garnish the glass with lemon slice and enjoy your protein lemonade drink.


* You can buy Chat Masala at any Indian Grocery store.
