Olive oil 2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Smoked paprika 1/4 tsp (you can adjust as per your taste)
Garlic powder 1/4 tsp

Radish has to be sliced as thin as possible.
Boil water in a pot and boil the radish in small lots for 1-2 mins. With the help of a strainer pick the radish and place them in cold water to stop the cooking process. you would see radish would turn translucent.
Drain the water well and place the blanched radish on a towel and it dry for 10-15 min.
Add the blanched and air dried radish in a ziplock, add oil, paprika, salt and toss them well, make sure all the pieces are well coated with the seasoning.
Heat the air fryer at 400 °C and place the seasoned radishes again in small lots so they are not overlapping a lot. Cook them for 5 mins, shake one or two times in between for even cooking.
Place the chips on a parchment paper and let them cool. If needed at this stage you can sprinkle more paprika or salt.
